The Lead Docket Marketing Performance dashboard shows what you spend on marketing, and what each lead, wanted lead, and signed case actually costs you. It's organized into three tabs, read top to bottom.
Cost performance
The top of this tab shows your spend and lead volume: every lead created and every marketing expense within your selected date range, alongside leads created, leads wanted, and leads signed up.
Below that are your three cost metrics: cost per lead, cost per wanted lead, and cost per signed case. Each is spend for a marketing source divided by the leads that source produced in the same month, with signed cases credited to the month the lead came in so the numbers line up with the spend that generated them. A costs month over month chart tracks the trend, and blended cost per signed case figures over the last 6 and 12 months give you a longer view.
By marketing source
This tab breaks everything down by where your leads come from. The marketing sources table and the cost per signed case vs. cases won chart show which sources are worth the spend, while spend per month and leads, wanted, and signed per month charts show how each source trends over time. It also flags spend tied to a marketing source versus spend with nothing signed, so you can spot wasted budget.
Efficiency
The efficiency tab compares performance year over year: cost per lead and cost per signed case, this year vs. last. A spend vs. cases won chart plots each marketing source so you can see which sources are efficient at a glance, and a breakdown of signed cases by marketing source and case type shows where your best cases come from.
Filters
Filter by date range or marketing source on any tab to narrow the view.
