If you are not sure if you are using Zapier with Filevine, there are various way to check in Filevine to look for Zapier usage.
The video below explains how to check for Zapier usage in Filevine, and also how to determine if your Filevine-Zapier connection is using a legacy version of the connector:
📌 Note: The new version of the Filevine-Zapier Connector (v3.x) that supports PATs was recently made public as of August 1st, 2025, and the old version of the connector (v2.4.4 and v2.4.6) will be deprecated and made unavailable on December 2nd, 2025. Please use this article to determine if you need to upgrade your Zaps as soon as possible to avoid interruption to your Zapier automations.

✅ How to Check in Filevine If You Are Using Zapier
One way to check if you are using Zapier is to login to Filevine, and click the top left (hamburger) menu, choose Advanced, and click on API Credentials from the left side menu. Next, you will need to choose your Org name, and then under the Credentials tab (which should be selected by default) you will see if you have any old API keys created. If you have any keys related to Zapier, the name "Zapier" might be written in the purpose column.
Also, take a look at the Subscriptions tab to see if you have any webhooks that list "Zapier" in either the Name or the Endpoint column.
If you determine that you are using Zapier with Filevine, you may need to upgrade, and you will likely need to login to your Zapier account to confirm. Please see the video at the top of this article for instructions on how to check your Zaps for legacy versions of the Filevine connector.
